I had to book a last minute appointment to get my hair up styled for a wedding and I managed to get an appointment here. Had an initial consultation with Robert who understood the concept completely. Then the next day, I met him an Nousheen for the appointment. These guys are amazing at what they do and created something even more beautiful than what I was hoping for! Would definitely recommend this salon to everyone.

I came across this place by chance trying to find a last minute hair appointment in the area. What a wonderful surprise it was to accidentally stumble across this gem! I had the most lovely experience with Robert and Noushim - their customer service was far beyond my expectations. They were attentive and so welcoming. I was offered complimentary tea/coffee with some biscuits and as it was my first time also had a complimentary treatment included. A quote was given before they got started on my hair so there were no surprises when it came to paying. Was speaking with them both throughout my appointment and they are both so humble and down to earth. Not only were they kind to me, but it was so refreshing to see the respect they have for each other as well through their interactions. Will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for a hairdresser in the area! I explained what I wanted to Robert (with no picture) and he nailed it too. Left very happy. Robert & Shaima are the best…amazing. They have a new salon in the Box Hill area. Treat yourself and make an appointment with them both - Robert for a fresh new haircut + style, he is an artist and Shaima will take care of all your beauty needs . Shaima uses only the best products they are beautiful…Jurgita…she has just come home from being os and brought back with her some new technology in the beauty sphere.
